At the center of the work is a winding tower that proudly points to our homeland, with the words “Glück auf” emblazoned in the middle. Also shown are the floodlight mast of the Parkstadion, a lorry and a curved Schalke lettering, which perfectly completes the artwork.

The colors blue, pink, light blue and white represent the four most common new cancer cases in Germany: colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer. They are also symbolized by the corresponding awareness ribbons in the right corner of the picture, which raise awareness of cancer prevention.
