Accessible entry to the fan shop
• Accessible parking spaces are available close to the fan shop at the headquarters.
• The entrance to the basement is accessible via a side door. The upper floor is currently only accessible by stairs. The on-site team is available to assist.
• Disabled toilet: An accessible toilet is located directly in front of the shop in a container complex.
• Public transport: The nearest stop “VELTINS-Arena” is not accessible. People with mobility impairments can reach the Schalke stadium via the “Berger See” or “Willy-Brandt-Allee” stops. These stops are step-free and only slightly further from the arena. The route to the stadium is signposted.
